Liquid Force International Policy 2008

Distribution:

  • Overton’s will NEVER sell to International retailers or distributors, or anyone that may potentially resell Liquid Force products internationally. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. 
  • Overton's will only sell one item per product category with each sale.  Consolidating shipments of any sort (shipping more than one of each item per category to a consumer, i.e. more than 1 men’s wakeboard… more than 1 women’s wakeboard… more than 1 wakeskate, etc…) is not permitted. Multiple invoices to one customer are strictly prohibited.

Pricing:

  • Overton’s will not sell current season product to international consumers for any discount.  Sales will be at full Minimum Advertised Price.

Freight and Duties:

  • Overton’s will charge the full and actual cost of their freight charges for each International transaction.
  • Overton's will notify the consumer, prior to accepting the order, of all freight charges from the US, as well as any possible freight charges within the destination country.
  • Overton’s will notify the consumer of the possibility of taxes, duties, and customs charges that must be paid upon receipt of product.

Warranty:

  • Overton’s will handle all warranty claims associated with Liquid Force products sold to International consumers by Overton’s.
Problem goods/products must be physically returned to Overton's for inspection, and the consumer is responsible for return freight to Overton's location. Photographs by e-mail are not sufficient for warranty action.
