Shipping and Handling charges are dependent upon dimensions and weight of the packages. This fee will also include a $10.00 special handling fee. Please contact an International Customer Service Representative for a quote on shipping and handling charges. If ordering by Fax or Internet, please specify if you would like a shipping and handling quote before y our order is shipped. All expenses will be listed on the invoice enclosed with the order, and any overpayment will be refunded. There are several shipping options available to international customers.

Express Shipping
Allow 3-7 days for delivery. This is the preferred service by most international customers. This service is provided by Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), or DHL.

Air Parcel Post
Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. This is a less expensive option available for small packages. This delivery service is not traceable.

Air Freight
Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. This service is used for large or heavy packages that exceed the limit of other carriers. Please call for more details.

Shipping, Handling, Duties and Brokerage
Please refer to the Canadian shipping chart for shipping charges. This fee includes all shipping, handling, duties, and brokerage fees. Most Canadian orders will be shipped to your home or business in 4 to 10 business days. This fee does not include items that require additional shipping charges as noted in catalog. Large or heavy items may require additional charges. These rates are not valid for Yukon or Northwest Territories. Please call for delivery options and rates for packages being shipped to these provinces. hazardous or ORM-D items cannot be shipped in Canada. If you are shipping packages to an address in the US, please apply the standard Overton's shipping charges listed on the order form in your catalog.

GST
Overton's collects duties and applicable GST, HST, PST at the time the order is placed and remits the proper amount to Revenue Canada. Please calculate your tax amount by adding the merchandise total to the shipping amount and multiplying this by your rate from the chart below. Amounts received by Overton's for duties and taxes are received on your behalf for the broker.
